Great product. Good capsule size; easy to swallow. I feel confident that I am getting a healthy dose of vitamins and minerals without all the excess additives found in some other brands. I have been loyal to Solaray since being told by a vitamin specialist and chemist that this is one of the best brands on the market, and since then have always found that Solaray products deliver consistent quality.

This is a good product for the price, and I do feel that it energizes me--enough so that I don't take it at night. I try to remember to take it with an early meal to reap the benefits of the boost.
