I like this product as an alternative to the more expensive "Somnolin" and I take it during the day when feeling stressed in combination with 200 mg. of 5 HTP before bed to help me sleep better. An anti aging doctor had recommended Somnolin to me several years ago and although it is a great product at $1. per tablet it was too expensive. Also, I prefer not taking theanine with 5 HTP and feel I get better effect from both taking them separately.
