I use this supplement as my ONLY treatment for pretty severe Fibromyalgia! It really helps with the nerve pain and "foggy" feeling. In fact, I really don't function well without it! Great product!

My wife has Fibromyalgia and has tried many approaches to dealing with the pains. She can tell a big difference if she misses a couple of doses. Hope this helps others, too.
