I have Crohns Disease and was told that apple cider vinegar (among other suppliments) would aid in digestion and help with the pain in my joints. Not only did they ease my stomach and joint pain, but weeks after, when I was back to myself and able to eat whatever I wanted, I noticed changes. Not only did my nails get stronger, my face look clearer (and much more), I never gained weight :O) BONUS! --> Oh... My husband has Tpye 2 Diabetes. The chewables made his sugar levels go down!!!! We've tested it many, many times. Needless to say, I highly recommend the Kal Chewables. My whole family loves them! ~* ~ including my 2 children~*~
