It tastes so good that I have to keep myself from mistaking it for candy.

these lozenges are larger than I expected. I'm used to Natural Factor's which are much smaller- they easily fit and dissolves under the tongue. These are about the size of an Altoids breath mint and take longer to dissolve.

As a vegan, this is one of the few supplements I take. Methyl B-12 is more easily absorbed by the body and since this is 1000mcg. I only need to take it a few times per week.

I looked at many sublingual B12 supplements, and I chose this one because it doesn't include fake sugars. To get maximum benefits, the best way to take is to let it dissolve under your tongue. It does take longer this way, but they taste good, so not a big deal.

Works as advertised, but I'd prefer a sub-lingual lozenge to this sweet dissolve-able tablet. Can't say it's changed my life, but I'm generally healthy and take this for preventive purposes.

This is a good form of the B12 vitamin, but the dosage is massive. I prefer this product because the tablets are easily broken into half or quarters and prefer taking a smaller amount twice a day with breakfast and lunch. Price value is the best I have found. Recommended.
