Jarrow Formulas Zinc Balance is a synergistic combination of Zinc L-Monomethionine and Copper Gluconate in a 15:1 ratio. Zinc L-Monomethionine resists absorption interference from fiber and phytic acid.
The mineral zinc promotes skeletal, skin, and immune health. Both zinc and copper are needed to promote super oxide dismutase (SOD) activity, which plays a critical role in the body’s endogenous antioxidant network.

My favorite zinc product although I wish they would reduce the copper level a little

Zinc is recommended for prostate health as well as overall health and I trust it is filling that link in what our body needs. I chose Jarrow carefully after quite a bit of reading and have conficence in the company.

I have researched ALL the 15 mg zinc products on the market and this is the absolute best ! It is made with the best form of zinc and with the best form of copper in the correct 15:1 ratio,. The 15 mg dose is a reasonable dose, because it isn't too high, as too much zinc may be harmful. I also like the fact that it's in capsule form, as it is easier to swallow and to digest than a hard tablet. They are very small thin light blue capsules. This is the zinc product to buy, I love it !!!
