I started to suddenly have anxiety only at nght when I would go to sleep because of a newly diagnosed condition of Sleep Apnea. I was learning to use the CPAP machine and found it was very stress producing. My Dr. put me on Xanax, that did not help me. I started to take the GABA product and could not believe how fast I fell asleep with NO anxiety. I bless this product.

This product has been very helpful. I work a high stress job and am peri-menopausal so I'd been looking for something to help manage stress and promote sleep without a getting sleep hangover. These have been great! They've all but eliminated the three AM anxiety attacks and made them manageable when they do occur.

My husband has been using this product in place of gabapentin for fast acting rest.

I use Pharma Gaba for anxiety and it works great!! When I feel anxiety coming on or
if I am finding that I'm doing mindless things or forgetting things, I pop a Pharma Gaba and within minutes my focus comes back. I also use it to calm myself before bed.
