Suggested Use
As a dietary supplement, take 2 capsules 30 minutes prior to lunch and 2 more 30 minutes prior to dinner. As with any fiber supplement, always take with 8 ounces of liquid.
Warnings
Not for use by pregnant/lactating women. Fat soluble vitamins, essential fatty acids and medications should be taken four hours before or after ingesting this product.
