I was so excited to find this brand for such a great price! I give it to my son who is autistic and his focus has improved. Lucky has wonderful products at great prices!

I got Jarrow's Theanine because I was out of another brand that had theanine and 5-htp (with the same amount of mg). When I used this Jarrow's theanine with Now's 5-htp, I was pleasantly surprised at how much more potent it was than the old brand (CalmAdvantage), so I'm sticking with this new combination.
