Relaxation, along with restful sleep, are essential for general well being. Jarrow Formulas StressTame™ is designed to assist in relaxation and stress reduction. Research shows that stress affects brain function, compromises immune response and raises cortisol production.
StressTame™ promotes relaxation, tranquility and restful sleep. Apigenin is a flavonoid naturally occurring in plants. L-Theanine is an amino acid found in green tea. Both nutrients have a calming effect.
Suggested Use
Take 2 Tame™ capsules 30 minutes before bedtime, or as directed by your qualified health care professional. Two capsules may be emptied into a cup of boiling hot water to make tea. WarningsDo not drive or operate machinery after taking this supplement. Do not take with alcohol, benzodiazipenes, anti-depressants or pain medications.
