My experience with Kal Blood Sugar defense is inconclusive, as of two months of use. Although I've lowered my blood sugar to average between 102-145, I attribute the benefit to increased insulin (Lantus) dose, and NO STARCH/CARBOHYDRATE diet. Still, I intend to remain on Kal product for another month, or two, until I am thoroughly convinced is plays no role in my improved sugar numbers.

This product didn't help lower blood sugar - very disappointed.

I have seen a dramatic improvement in my glucose levels since using KAL Blood Sugar Defense. After battling cancer for three years, my pancreas took a beating as a result of chemotherapy, causing glucose levels to spike dangerously. KAL Blood Sugar Defense has helped control those spikes and given me healthier blood levels, and for that I am grateful.

This product works better than any we have tried to control my sugar without the side effects of prescription drugs. Buying them from Lucky is better than your local health food store because you get them at half the price....very happy with this product, we buy 10 bottles at a time, you don't want to run out.

The only product I have found so far that has the ingredient Indian Keno which helps support the beta cells in the pancreas. Lucky Vitamin has it at almost half the price.

I started taking this product at almost the same time as I started taking a prescription to reduce my blood sugar from the doctor. I'm not sure which one is having an effect to be honest, and once I get my blood sugar down, I will wean myself off of this one to see if my blood sugar remains the same or goes up. Then I will know for sure, however the ingredients in this blood sugar have all got great properties in themselves.

this helped my blood sugar drop 1 %. Dr was going to put me on an insulin pump on my next visit. That is no longer going to happen
