I saw a dermatologist and he recommended 5000mcg of Biotin a day to treat hair loss. I think it's been helping slow the fallout. I didn't give this a 5 rating because I'm not confident it is time-released--info. doesn't state how.

This seems like a great Biotin supplement. My hair and nails have gotten healthier. I like the fact that it is time released, although I wish they made a time released version in a lower potency, such as 1000 mcg.

This product is ok, but I recommend Good & Natural super potiency biotin.
