NaturalMax Super Chitosan is a dietary supplement with Absorbitol that is intended to support normal, healthy lipid levels. In independent testing, Absorbitol bound 2.5 times more dietary fat than the average of other chitosan products on the market. In a study involving 26 chitosan products, Absorbitol bound 2.5 times more dietary fat than the average of other fat binding products tested. The study utilized a simulated digestive environment.

Suggested Use

I take 2 of these 30-45 min before a major meal. It helps to absorb some of the fat associated with the meal plus I also take 2 starch/carb absorbers at the same time. If you need some help with dieting then this is a good route to take.
