I love this because it really works! It keeps me from getting hot flashes and I sleep much better through the night. I was placed on a twice a week patch after my hysterectomy for five years. I was adviced to find an alternative due to cancer risk by staying on the patch and did not know where to turn to for the same benefits. I wouldn't want to do without this! I was using another brand of hormone replacement and it did not come close to the overall performance of this product. I am sticking to this because it really works great!, Ms. E. Garza
