I have used several different green superfoods with varying price ranges from high to low cost.
This formula works and is a good value for the money. It is benficial in many ways. You will feel a difference in your energy level. Jarrow formulas won't let you down.

Love this product because I hate to eat my greens even thought I know they are good for me. I only gave it 4 stars because I wish it would take the place of more servings.

Only can reccomend this product , have been taking it for over 7 yrs and it was a life safer at one time when meds compromised my liver. Its an excellent detoxifier and is just part of my daily routine. Little bit of diluted juice, one scoop of green defence and 2 scoops of flaxseed and you are set for the day.
