Used this to help break up mucous in the lungs at the end of a cough. So I don't know if it was this, or the Oregano oil (natural anti-viral), which finally knocked it out. These proteolytic enzymes seem to do the job of clearing out left over junk from inflammatory conditions. I like having it on hand to help the body with any infections. And this is a good brand.
