Kal Acidophilus Probiotic-5 also helps to detoxify harmful bacteria by helping to restore friendly bacteria that keep certain microorganisms in check. Non-dairy sources of acidophilus are available. All sources, whether liquid or capsule, should be refrigerated and taken on an empty stomach in the morning. Check expiration dates before purchasing any acidophilus products. Acidophilus supplements should be taken after antibiotic therapy or their effects will be neutralized. Each capsule supplies over 3 billion viable microorganisms. Five bacterial strains are present in a freeze-dried state, including the popular DDS-1 strain of L. acidophilus.

Great product and a great price. Helps maintain health and good bacteria in the gut.

I love that you put these in the fridge and they were shipped on ice but I was not impressed with the results. I was hoping they would of helped with bathroom time.
