The product helps metabolize fats & keep weight down .

I have been taking the Apple Sider pills for 7 years now and find they help me loose weight or avoid weight gain. They have also assisted with under arm persperation which I had had problems with for 30 years before taking this pills

Vitamins are easy to swallow and the bottle is not huge. Also, does not taste as tart as the last brand I had.
