Have not used his product for very long, however, have had no side effects and it is easy to swallow and I am looking forward to results. It was mailed to me quickly and was well protected. Will order again.

I take 2000mg daily and have noticed definitely noticed an improvement in my hair (even my hairdresser noticed). My hair was beginning to thin in the area above my forehead, and it is starting to fill in again. I have not noticed a difference in my nails, but I'm not careful about wearing gloves when cleaning or washing dishes.
