Sombra Pain relief is an excellent product, It provides the same amount of relief as BioFreeze but at a fraction of the cost. i will note however that BioFreeze does last about 6-8 hours; Sombra's relief usually lasts for about 5-6 hours. This product is best used for exercise recovery where the pain isn't chronic.

Product was okay. Pretty much the same as what I can buy at WalMart for placing on painful areas like "Deep Heat" etc. My problem was a stiff neck (neck pain) and it continues.
