Wasn't sure if this blend would work as I have tried countless other pills, formulas, etc., to help balance out lingering negative effects of a certain birth control I was formerly taking...But these seem to have a decent rate of success! For the first 3 days I only took a dose of 2 capsules and didn't notice much of a response; the past several days I've increased to the maximum of 4 caps daily and that seemed to do the trick. The gelcaps are a very large oblong shape, but go down quite easily as long as they're taken with plenty of water as directed.
I like the fact that this product is natural and haven't had any adverse reactions thus far. Good stuff...I'm going to check out this brand's other supplements as well...
