My husband can really tell a difference with this product. He had used prostate optimizer but this is alot better-for him. It helps alot.

Beware: the ingredients have changed! If you are allergic, sensitive, or otherwise intolerant of FISH products you could be in for a serious surprise. I had a killer headache for 2 days, and then realized they have added fish oil now -- but the old Prostastrong that I was taking several years ago did not have fish or animal products.

I have been using "Prosta-Strong" and a urinary maintenance product for two to three years with very good results. I take two liquid soft-gels in the morning, one at noon, and one at bed time. I had taken Flow-Max, prescribed by my doctor, for a little while until I had to have "cataract surgery" with lens implants in both eyes. The surgeon told me to stop taking the Flow-Max right now as it could complicate the surgery, which I of course did and started the above "Prosta-Strong", with excellent results. Since then I have told several men to switch from Flow Max to "Prosta-Strong".
