I have gotten this product for my mother after she has had Lichen Plachtus and have been through several treatments. She has lost a lot of hair because the disease and her hair has been gray for years now. After taking those vitamins for 2 months she has not only grown her hair but also the new hair that has been growing is growing her natural color not gray!!! She is so happy with it and her skin looks flawless. Great product!

I started taking these because of the other reviews. They have worked awesome. My husband even asked if I was getting the vitamins again because he loves my new nails. It has made them grow faster and be less prone to breakage. The only downside is the size of the pill:( If you can take a large oblong pill definitely a great purchase it delivered results.

After using only 1 bottle of this I could totally tell the difference. My nails were growing fast and not breaking like they used to, and I was getting compliments on how healthy my hair looked. I did not really notice a difference with my skin. I actually stopped taking these because they were reformulated to contain fish oil, and the past 2 bottles I got reeked of fish oil and all of the caps were coated in a slimy covering even though there were no broken softgels.

This product is as good as it gets also! I was losing a lot of hair, my nails were brittle and cracked, and now my hair is fuller and luxurious, and my nails are shiny and healthy! I love this product. I take 1 in the morning and 1 at night.

So far so good. I have only been taking it a few weeks but my skin has a healthier glow and my hair seems fuller and shinier. We'll see, I know it takes about 6 weeks to really get it in your system.

Immediately upon my advising that one of the 6 bottles I purchased had arrived broken, a replacement bottle was in the mail. I received same quickly. There was no hastle. The product is absolutely wonderful and I have turned several of my friends on to it also.

These are good caps, I think my complexion has improved and also the shine of my hair. I will reorder these. Aftertaste is not too bad at all.
