Not sure if it works. Took it for about 2 weeks as directed. Couldn't deal with the gas and diarrhea.

This carb blocker is best I have found and I have tried several of them. My guess is because this one is a gel capsule, but who knows. All I know is it WORKS! Yeah, pasta again with my diet, woohoo!

I don't digest breads, pasta, etc. well and this has helped me for those meals when I "can't resist". Waking up without the bloat is a huge plus. I still have to watch it, but this is great support.

Have tried other brands, but find that this one helps control my appetite with no 'bean gas'. As I consume very little sugar, I cannot say if it works for sugar binges; I will say that it works for 'good carbs' at about 200-300 per dose 2times daily. While there are worse things than having to be alert to everything that we eat, it seems a miracle to me to say goodbye to constant unwarranted hunger.

I am so tired of ads that try to sell you the world when it comes to losing weight. Well, years ago I discovered Carb Blockers and I keep a bottle in my car and of course in my home. All I can say is: IT WORKS. I take a couple whenever I'm going to have carbs and I have not gained a single pound. In fact with just a little more effort on my part I have actually lost weight ... that extra part being that I walk my dog, Riley for about 30 minutes a day not running but allowing him to smell on the way and that in addition to the Carb Blockers are excellent. I have the product a 5 star rating. You don't have to believe anything I have said, it's up to you, but as I said I have used this product for years starting before they had they new and improved product. Give it a try, if you don't like it, well, send it back. What do you have to lose? Well there is one things .... Weight. Ron

Of all the carb blockers using Phase 2 (white kidney bean extract) Irwin Naturals is clearly the best. The added vitamins and fish oil make this a good daily supplement especially if your diet is heavy in carbs (mine sure is!). The price through Lucky Vitamin is lower than other brands I have been buying at the local drug stores, and even beats the specialty stores' prices on Irwin brand products as well.

This product was discussed on the Dr. OZ show and I have been using it for 6 months. I have noticed better lab results regarding Glucose and A-1c. I truly believe this product assisted me from going from a Pre-Diabetic status to normal. I have used Lucky Vitamins before and they are a very good website, very trustworthy. During one of my purchases, one of the bottles was opened and two bottles had leaking capsules. They immediately replaced them for me. I will continue to use Lucky Vitamins as they are both trustworthy and have the best prices.

This one works but you still have to be aware of the amount of carbs you are putting into your body. Also you might want to take vitamins after a few hours of taking this.

This product worked really well for me. I found that it was better to take them half an hour before eating, as when i took them with my food they tended to create gas. The result was good though, and helped me break through a "plateau' in my slow steady weight loss, and frankly made me think about the amount of carbs I was eating, toward a healthier lifestyle.
