This product helps me wake up to perform my workout and it gets me through the afternoon haze at work, all without the jitters or stomach aches! I love it!

The energy from this supplement is good. It is natural and does not cause jitters. I can't give this product any credit for supressing appetite, I've had no change in appetite since taking these.

It works, but in such a subtle way! I can go all day without a single craving and with an energy boost, but without getting shaky like some pills cause.

I'm not keen on herbals but I did a lot of research as I have hypoglycemia issues and graze.
I researched appetite suppression that had little stimulant involvement.
Results: it took about 4 days for effect, it can take from 2 days to 2 weeks to work. It has suppressed my appetite very well. Not only that, but hoodia has effects on the brains and insulin levels. I was taking my blood glucose levels about 4 times a day for the first 2 weeks on this supplement and my glucose levels normalized.
It has let me lose about 10 pounds so(5 weeks with regular cycling). It suppresses your appetite enough that I choose my foods very carefully and sometimes have to eat more than my body wants for health. I also have been taking a multivit.
This brand does have other ingredients. Every tablet contains the equivalent of about 2 cups of coffee. Be cautious if you are sensitive to caffeine or diabetic!

This product really does help curb your appetite especially from the nigh cravings.

Hoodia Action has proven to help me considerably with weight loss. I take three after breakfast and lunch but not dinner due to the caffeine in it that might cause insomnia.

This product gives me a lot of energy, however it doesn't suppress my appetite.
