Noticed a change in severity of acne within a month of using it as part of a supplement regimine... acne returned not long after I stopped... I'm ordering 2 bottles today!

Nothing has worked for my acne (even ProActiv) except this product. I am so happy to have found this, and when added with fish oil and Niacin, it makes for a healthy, clear complexion.

I have been using these vitamins for about a month now and have not seen any improvement in my skin. :(

It took a couple of weeks for me to see results..but it does work. You can't expect it to work over night. You have to be consistant. I've been taking it for about 2 months now, and I have stayed pretty clear, nothing major. Just that annoying spot I always have to get right after my period...which by the way clears up pretty quickly now since I've been taking these. I wil continue to supplement with this. By the way, I am 38.

I love it because it works. Unfortunately, you must eat a large meal before taking these, it says so on the bottle. I didn't and it made me sick to my stomach.

I am 51 yrs/old, and out of the ordinary started breaking out with acne. I could honestly say this supplement has aided on my acne breakout. Been on it for two weeks and it has clear-up my face. I had two pimple that try to break out, by the next day it was gone. There is a different, since I have taking the Zinc for acne. For the price I recommended this product with highest regards.

I used this product for quite a while without any results. Just because a supplement says it will work does not mean it is true.
