These vitamins work well, and have a great price too. I have been taking vitamins for years, and if you want a good basic Multi-Vitamin for a great price, I think this one is you best bet!

I prefer "Ultra Man Timed Release for Men without Iron" over plain old instant-release vitamins for two important reasons:
(1.) Timed release more effectively mimics the human body's natural absorption over time as occurs with food. I always take vitamins with food to further delay absorption. The vitamins, I believe, from what I have learned in college biochemistry courses, are mainly necessary for the body to have available in order to synthesize (create) new enzymes and co-factors.
(2.) The lack of Iron in these vitamins may be a mystery for some as to "why". Iron is lost in the female on a monthly basis (menses)... but not in the male. Most males get enough Iron from their diet, and excess amounts of Iron can be a causative factor in heart attacks and cancer. (see for reference: http://www.menweb.org/alexiron.htm)

This is my "go to" all around Vitamin/Mineral Supplement. It is designed specifically for men with no iron and may extra ingredients that assist with men's health needs. I like that they are timed release as well. Only 2 tablets with breakfast and you're good for the whole day. Excellent price for such a potent supplement.

This is a very good product. I like the dally value percentages. I was looking for a serving size of 2 or more so that I can take a 1/2 dose because I believe vitamins should be supplemental and I eat a fairly balanced diet. I also like the additional herbs and spices that they chose to include. I removed a star because it includes Soy, which I did not see when I purchased it (not allergic, just don't want additional soy).

Great Quality Men's Vitamin at a Great Price. I've taken other vitamins that I paid more for that dont come close to the nutritional content of Good 'N Natural Ultra Man Vitamins. Plus, Lucky Vitamin shipped them pretty fast too. I'll certainly be ordering more when I'm running low. ..John
