I love my 5 Htp and this is a great price! a couple years ago this anti aging doctor recommended a similar but much more expensive product (Somnolin) to help me sleep through the night. The Somnolin worked great but at $1. a tablet ($60. bottle)it was way too expensive! The ingredient in it that helps me with the sleep is the 5HTP and 200 mg is the magic dose for me. It helps me to get very deep sleep and wakeup refreshed, even if you can't get 8 hours. I also started having vivid dreams again after taking this.
I tell all my friends about Lucky Vitamin and have been a loyal customer for several years. NOwhere else do you get deals like they have here! I try to order enough for 2 months each time and even get my skin care, stevia, etc from this website.

This combined with Melatonin is what I use for depression. If your seratonin levels are low for any reason it brings them up, Wha-la, no depression! Really appreciate that I received it so quickly considering I live in the remote mountain regions of Colorado.
