In the month I have been taking this it seems to have improved my bowel function. I have had better formed, more complete bowel movements. I have had irritable bowel syndrome for years but it's mostly gone because I eat only natural and healthy foods. A good source of probiotics is still necessary though.
I'm just a little disappointed in Garden of Life for choosing to use things like magnesium stearate and a couple other unhealthy ingredients just to make things easier for themselves. They're supposed to be a very high quality, natural producer of supplements. But they fail in this regard, some other companies avoid putting those kinds of things so they can put out a much healthier supplement. I don't know why they don't.
Also they have rice maltodextrin. Since I'm allergic to rice I'm avoiding this now. I guess it's a filler

I had problems in the past with yeast infections and irritable bowel syndrome. Started using this product and haven't had a yeast infection since (over 3 years now). Also have no longer have any bowel symptoms. I have recommended this product to several of my friends.

I have used Primal Defense for a number of years, it has definitely helped my intestinal function. I have battled Lymphoma for 10 years, and I believe this product has helped to make me a survivor. I take 2 every night and 1 every morning.

I skipped the original formula and went with trying the Ultra to hopefully see some positive results in a timely manner. However after a month of use, and taking more than the recommended doesage, I see no difference than some of the other, less expensive, probiotics I have taken in the past for digestive and colon issues. Disappointed that this product did not meet my expectations.

I haven't used this for very long....I wasn't sure at first....I have IBS/on the side of constipation/but taking Mirilax then turned me into a person running for the bathroom with lots of gas ....I am still using Mirilax as well, but I have notice that with this Pro biotic things may be evening out.....at first I wasn't feeling well....but I think my body is adjusting to it still and what I have noticed is that the bloating seems to have improved....that in itself is a blessing.... I do know this also...my two sisters-in-law say they can't live without this product...this is why I am trying it...

I really do like this product as it seems to really help when you are having intestinal issues. I was taking it everyday, but now since I am not having any issues, I will just take few times a week to prevent any issues from returning.

Family members with severe constipation and another with Colitis. It has dramatically helped both to stay away from the prescription laxatives (which can have long lasting incontinence issues) as well as an operation for Colitis.
This product can be a bit price but LuckyVit helps cut that down.

I have had issues for a very long time. Blotting , not having bowel movements for several days at at time. I was told about this product and it has been amazing I feel so much better. I also use the intestinal movement formula with this, the two together is the best.
