Ingredients sounded GREAT - 'til I got to the part about grapefruit. If you're taking any pharmaceutical medications *beware* it interracts with many meds. Sounds great otherwise - wish I could take 'em :)

I have been taking this multi for a little over a year now and I love it. I feel great and have noticed improvement in my overall health, and I only take 2 a day rather than the suggested 3. The only reason I did not give 5 starts is because the gel cap is absolutely huge, which I have experienced with other Irwin Naturals products.

I have been taking these vitamins for about a year. As someone who has a hard time with digesting multi vitamins I was rather skeptical at first. I have never once regreted my decision. Womens Living Green Gel Multi vitamins have never upset my stomach and I feel great. I would recommend this vitamin to anyone who has had problems taking supplements in the past.

I love these vitamins! Like others have stated, I feel more energetic and have a better immune system. After taking these vitamins for about six months I realized that I no longer have any warts on my hands!!! The warts had been there for 10 years or more and I had tried everything to get rid of them, but these vitamins fixed the problem. What a bonus!!!!

I tend to switch around on my multivitamin every once in a while, but always come back to this one. It packs a variety of supplements into one day's serving. I find that I have more energy and am better focused when taking it regularly. I am also pleased with the fact that there are healthy oils - fish, flax and evening primrose - good for the old joints and heart.

This has everything it should and more for a women's vitamin. I did add a B multi to boost this area but this has enough for the average starter and far better than any store bought. I'm used to MLM's with five star rating so I can't give this a five star! But it did give me greens, fruits and everything in one! That helps the pocket book while it works. I never have nails. My nails were long and hard!

These are probably the best multivitamin I've tried, I love the special blends included and they cover almost all my bases! But like most other multivitamins, these are lacking in iron, calcium, & magnesium so ladies make sure to supplement accordingly!
