The ingredients in the soft gels all have good reputations. I have been taking this everyday for about a month. There may be some improvement for my vision at night, but I can't tell just yet. But I plan on taking this product all the time like my other vitamins to preserve the health of my eyes in the long run.

I am an older woman and have been using this product for a few years. So far I haven't had to wear glasses. I have checked other eye supplements and they don't contain nearly as many good eye nuturients.

This product is fantastic! I use it myself and recommended it to my sister who was diagnosed with early stages of macular degeneration. She took it for about a month and when she returned for a follow up appointment, her doctor could find no traces of macular degeneration. He also told her that he had never seen that happen before. We never miss a day taking Vision Sharp.
