Highly recommend these bars over other so-called meal/snack/energy bars. These are real food! The ingredients are amazing and they are very filling. I carry some with me, especially when I travel. Taste good and I like knowing it is all what my body can use and not junk.

My husband will eat a part of a bar for a sweet treat at the end of a meal. It is also a bar my son will eat on the go in college. my son is pretty picky!
