This is a great supplement! This can help reduce stomach bloating and will also help your body better digest the food you eat. Take it on an empty stomach for better results. If you have digestive issues, bloating, gas or if you have recently been sick or taken antibiotics, you should take this. I have definitely noticed a difference.
