I've been very pleased with this product. It has improved menopause symptoms

I am an overall fan of Irwin Naturals products, so I decided to give this product a try. For the past 4 months, I have taken this product for peri-menopausal symptoms (mood swings, hot flashes, etc.) The results have definitely been noticeable and I can really tell when I forget to take the recommended dosage! I recommend it to anyone looking for a natural way to journey through menopause with some grace.

I have been taking these for about a year now. I no longer have night sweats. I feel they work for me. I take 1 pill 3 x a day.

Re-ordered this item several times now. And they seem to help considerably with several menopausal symptoms. One really was a surprise which is sagging breasts. They seem to actually inflate. When I went off this for about 7 months when I had a broken rib to heal the breasts actually deflated and became extremely tender once again. So back on the again and things have perked up again. So at the very least they are working in the hormonal area.

These do a good job. I have been taking them for 4 weeks, 4 per day. Hot flashes are reduced and have reduced the severity of the ones that are left. Price here is the best, my local health store sells them for twice the price.The soft gels are big but are easy to swallow

Couldn't take it. Sure the product is good for what it is for but I just couldn't take it. Made me have hot flashes!
