I ordered this both for myself and one of my dogs with sensitive skin. We both take 2 pills/day and I have to say we both are feeling better. Its only been 1 week so I cant say about hair/skin/nails but am sure its working. Will continue this for another month or so and possibly 2-3 months more extra for my dog (shelter rescue - boston/bulldog mix girl who had mange, etc before).
I love that these are VEGAN and CHEAP!! Its hard to find vegan products that are good, potent and YET CHEAP!

I really don't know if this is doing anything. I haven't noticed any difference. Actually my nails have started breaking more since I've started using this. Not sure if it's because of this but...I guess it's just a good vitamin. I have been using for about 3 weeks. We'll see when the bottle is finished.

After just a few weeks of use, I have noticed a major difference in the strength of my nails (which is the reason for the purchase). They have gone from constant breaking and flaking to sturdy, strong, and healthy-looking. Very pleased!
