I started using the Garden of Life - Living Multi Optimal Women's Formula a few months ago and it has significantly helped me regain some energy as well as providing quality nutrients that Garden of Life is known for. My husband takes the men's formula and is happy with it too.
Often vitamins tend to upset our stomachs but these do not and actually have the opposite effect of keeping everything in balance.
I am slowly getting my mother and my mother-in-law to incorporate Garden of Life products into their diets and I am seeing positive results in just a few weeks! :)
