This product has been an amazing help in weight loss and control. I have recommended it to everyone I know that is struggling with the last 10 lbs and so far everyone has stuck to it. It's not a miracle weight loss "drug". It takes 2-3 months to see results, but it is something that you can take long term without negative effects.
