I had an allergic reaction to the product. But, won't return it because it's been too long and returning it would cost as much as the original cost.

I recommend this product!
Love the product. I apply it twice a day. I'm not sure that it does the job. I may need a facelift to remedy that. However, I have no doubts that the product would be safe if ingested.
