While this does leave my hands soft and hydrated, I am not a fan of the scent. It smells very "grandmother-ish".

This stuff ROCKS!!! OH my GOSH!!!! It makes your hands look BEAUTIFUL!!! I suffer from severely DRY skin, and this smooths it out SPECTACULARLY! I have some bumps and scars on my hands, and this REALLY helps to disguise them! The emollients in this cream is DIVINE!

I love all Derma-E products. They have proven to be effective for me and, the price is right. This hand cream absorbs quickly, smooths and moisturizes my skin. In the winter however, I do need a truly intensive repair cream. This is not that cream.

Very good hand cream except it is a little perfumy. Less scent would have been better but very hydrating.
