Suggested Use
As a dietary supplement, take 2 tablets 3 times daily with food for 2 to 4 weeks, then reduce to 1 to 2 tablets twice daily with food.
Warnings
If allergic to shellfish, do not take this product.
Ingredients
Two tablets contain 10 mg Manganese, 1000 mg Perna canaliculus(Green Lipped Mussel), 600 mg Glucosamine Sulfate, 400 mg Methylsulfonylmethane.
Other ingredients: vegetable stearate, avicel, mandanese amino acid chelate.
