N-Acetyl Cysteine (NAC) is a non-essential, free-form amino acid that is a highly stable form of cysteine. NAC has antioxidant properties and is necessary for the production of glutathione. NAC helps to support healthy lung tissue and the body’s natural defenses including cellular health.
Take 1 capsule, 1 to 4 times daily with food.

This product makes me feel good. I have taken it for about a year and think that this is a very good brand. Another brand prior to this did not agree with me.
