This stuff is absolutely wonderful, i never took it before bed i always used it following my workouts and i felt fantastic afterwards. Recovery after workout was nonexistent so much to the point that I often end up working out again. Also I have noticed (as well as my husband and kids) a change in my skin and hair, weird it was like my hair texture changed, became shinier smoother and overall healthier looking. Skin cleared up and no brain fog. I am 'cycling off' to see if i could see the difference after taking it every day for 45 days and I'm ordering more today...I can definitely tell the difference :-)

I take it 30 minutes before I go sleep.. Noticed I sleep deeper, wake up with more energy.. I did take it while ago, than stop for a year.. Saw the difference . So I ordered it again. Good stuff! I am 57 and in my age it's a must!
