Suggested Use
Traditional use: 1 Fl. Oz. (30 mL) (2 Tablespoons) 30 minutes before meals.

Before I knew about this web site. I purchased this product at a grocery store paying 22.95 for it. I plan on buying more. I have seen a diffrence in the the way I feel and in 7 days lost 3 lbs without changing what I eat Iam just not eating as much. This product does curb your hunger increases energy. And taste good compared to acai by its self. It took all I had to swallow it. So far I like it and Iam pretty sure I will reach my weight loss goal of 20 lbs if I ad exercise. I will keep you updated on my results.
