I have taken this for a number of years, i'm 79 I've taken it for at least 10 yrs. this tells you I believe it to be the best multi vitamin available.

While I am sure everything in these vitamins are good for me, I didn't not realize I would have to take 3 daily...for the money next time I will choose 1-a day vitamin

My homeopath recommended this product, which I use along with a multivit for stronger hair & nails. My last blood tests had good results!

I had assumed this multiple vitamins for women 45 would met the required nutrients and herbs for women who are pre/post/menopausal. It's a good multiple vitamin but lacks the ingredients necessary for menopausal systems such as hot flashes.

I bought this product believing it is for women over 45 who still have menopausal symptoms, but after taking this for a week, I discovered my systems of menopause returned. When I called the manufacturer, I was informed it does not contain the essential ingredients for menopausal symptoms, but is mainly a multiple vitamin. The "45 " is a deceptive!! The multiple vitamin portion is good but it doesn't help with menopause issues.
