I purchased Arnicare pain cream and I firmly believe it is like a miracle cream. I have pain in my back and once I put the cream on the pain goes away for a very long time, same thing with my neck and shoulders. All of these spots have Arthritis.There is no limit as far as how mant times a day I can use it.The only thing it does not help me with is my nueropathy in my feet

Arnica is about as good as it can get. This does help with muscle pain. The gel is absorbed and dries more quickly on the skin vs the Arnica cream. The cream is like a lotion. I have used both and have not noticed any difference in effectiveness.

This product has saved me from swelling and bright colored long lasting briuses many times. I keep a tube in my car, and at home, so whenever I get a bump, just rub some on. It feels cool. and prevents most swelling and bruising and the pain from that.
It works better than ice, and speeds healing. Never want to be without it, because I remember the awful bruises I used to get when having a bump.
