Works good to relieve pain from overused muscles!

It really works. I'm a Makeup Department Head on hit CW show and it's my staple kit.

Good product. I always have some in my purse. Don't like to leave home without it. In a first aid situation, the faster you can get it on your injury, the better it works. Don't put it on open skin. Usually stops bruising and swelling. We use it along with the pellets sometimes too. People are usually AMAZED at how well it works and don't want to give me the tube back.

I use Arnicare for bruising. The older I become, the more unsightly bruises I seem to get on my forearms. Arnicare applied two times daily, seems to "dissolve" the bruises away.
