Suggested Use
Take 4 capsules on the evening of day 1, then take 4 capsules in the morning and 4 in the evening on days 2 through 7. Drink at least 8 to 10 glasses of water per day. After 3 days, if you are not having a bowel movement daily, increase 2 caps per dose. Take as many as needed to achieve regular bowel movements daily up to a max of 8 caps per dose. Can be used continuously for up to 14 days then a 30 day break before restart.

This cleanser is effective and it works fast! It worked within the first 2 hours that I have tried it. I lost 5 lbs. in a week, of course, in combination with working out and diet. Just make sure to take it as directed and drink a lot of water. The only downside is the taste! I would suggest to drink vitamin water to replenish your fluids and electrolytes lost. After 4-5 days, there was an increase in frequency of my bathroom trips because as soon as I ate, the food wanted to come out right away. So, I decreased my intake to one dose a day and it went back to normal. Overall, I would recommend this product to anyone who wants to lose that last 5 lbs. before you go on vacation.

This is an amazing product. Wish I had of known about it years ago. It really is a cleaner. I think it even cleaned by brain cells because I am thinking clearer also. I have told others about this product and others have stated they will try it. I plan to order this product way in advance again just to have it on hand to give to any sick relative so they can get fresh and healthy again. At first I purchased the 7-day formula and was so empressed, I purchased the 14-day formula to make sure of success. Wow is the word to say about "The Cleaner"
