Suggested Use
Take 4 capsules on the evening of day 1, then take 4 capsules in the morning and 4 in the evening on days 2 through 7. Drink at least 8 to 10 glasses of water per day. After 3 days, if you are not having a bowel movement daily, increase 2 caps per dose. Take as many as needed to achieve regular bowel movements daily up to a max of 8 caps per dose. Can be used continuously for up to 14 days then a 30 day break before restart.

My digestive system is pretty weak due to stress and as a result I've always had to deal with bloating and discomfort despite a healthy exercise routine... I used The Cleaner and it seemed to take away all the abdominal discomfort, water weight, and sluggishness I've always had to bear, especially around the start of my menstrual cycle. I do the 14 day detox about three times a year and take 2-3 pills sporadically when I need a "boost" or mini-cleanse. And I always have it when I travel. I definitely notice a difference with increased energy and a slimmer waistline (I lose about a pound (of waste) after treatment- thus it's great if you're at or near your ideal weight and need an extra boost :)... However, make sure to drink LOTS of water as it is a powerful cleaner that can make you sick if you don't take care of yourself while using it!

I find using The Cleaner once a month very helpful. I feel more energetic. I also find that my bowel performance remains good weeks after I stop taking the Cleaner. I seldom have rashes since I started the cleaner. I used to suffer from hives and rashes quite often. The user of this product is Peter's wife.
