Suggested Use
Adults and children 12 years of age and older: At the onset of symptoms take 2 tablets and repeat if needed every 15 minutes for 3 more doses. Then if necessary take 2 tablets 15 minutes before meals. Allow the tablets to dissolve in the mouth. No side effects.

I have a serious case of Crohns, which I treat naturally. I get heartburn frequently to he point of my mouth watering. I thought I would try this, because over the counter acid pills just didn't cut it... beside being full of chemicals. I was able to eat better after a few doses of this and it seems that with continued use, I haven't needed it as much. My husband had me order 6 boxes last time so I don't run out! Lol
