Suggested Use
As a dietary supplement, take one tablet twice a day with water at mealtime or as directed by a physician. Consult your health care professional before taking any dietary supplements. I tried 3 bottles of this and I will say my breasts look a little better. They were a bit flat and saggy after breast feeding my son for 13months. But not much of a change, not a bra size for sure. Shape is a little better but I have also been doing chest exercises. The pills are very cheap so it is probably worth the price!

This is an excellent product. After extensively looking for a supplement to help with menopause symptoms, this seems to do the trick. I no longer have constant severe hot flashes and my breasts are nice and firm. My libido is higher at age 54! I will continue to take this product and highly recommend it to all women of all ages!!!
